Has frequent bus transport facility, right beside the apartment.
Have 24 hrs gym facility, in-house washer & dryer, roof top Skyline view, dog park and security system.
Have plenty of restaurants & bar places on the street.
Apartment is well maintained and has good reviews.

There is no move in cost for you. Rent is $1799. I already paid for Security deposit, which is $1000, which will be transferred to you. And Application fee of $50, i will cover. And will also cover 2 months of rent, for signing the lease, so the end price for each month rent comes around $1575/month on average.
