Hello,

We are a couple (both aged 26) looking for a long-term (1 year or more) rental in San Francisco proper. We are professionals working in finance and marketing, both with six-figure incomes and good credit / rental history. We are non-smoking, vegetarian, and drink minimally. We have a well-behaved 1-year old cat named Chandni who is neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. We are flexible on location within SF, but preferred neighborhoods include Alamo Square, Hayes Valley, Pacific Heights, Mission Dolores, Lower Haight. Our budget is between $3,000 and $3,500, but can be flexible for the right apartment! We look forward to connecting with the San Francisco community and finding a rental!
