A Little About Myself

I am a small business owner (education & travel field). I work from home & travel pretty regularly. Need a clean, quiet, safe place to called home. A private entrance basement apartment is ideal.
I have bedroom furniture (kind bed) with other things hence require a huge bedroom to fit my things in comfortably and not looked cramped. Would be great to have a master bathroom with walk in shower and a separate bath tub. I am asthmatic hence no carpets. A work area (extra bedroom) + additional Half bathroom would be great. I have a few outdoor patio furnitures that I would like to use. My son would visit at times and he has a cat. I don’t own any pets personally. I am usually quiet except at times love listening to music slightly louder than usual but am mindful.
