The neighborhood is one of the best in the city. It is very safe and quiet; ten minutes walk from North Beach (Italian area), Polk St., Chinatown, and the Financial District. It is also walking distance from Union Square, Civic Center, and Fisherman's Warf. There is a bus stop in the same block, lines 10 and 12. It is a beautiful central part of the city; safe, quiet and clean.

There are other two roommates in the apartment: both of them mid-20s, one of them is an engineer and the other one a software engineer. The culture of the apartment is mellow and calm and for the most part, each one of us does their own thing.

We are looking for someone financially stable, with good credit, respectful, experienced living with others, and easy to communicate with. No couples, please.
