Looking for Dec-Jan move in. I have a furnished bedroom with own bathroom and lounging area in a great location in Saddleridge NE. Minutes from transit (bus and train) and plenty of street parking. House is fully furnished and includes great perks like outside hot tub, work out area, infrared sauna, massage chair, 2 fire pits areas and amazing outside deck. I also have 2 small very cute dogs. Looking for a new roommate that can help out around the house. My preference is a gay or straight male roommate that's easy going, clean, not a big partier and likes to be social.
