I'm a doctoral student from India, moving to Boston with my wife and 4-month old child. I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom home in a 40 mile radius of Boston College. We're a quiet family that'll maintain your home as though it were our own. You'll have no trouble with rent payments.
