At least 12 parks in the city are off-leash parks while there are a lot more than allow pets. Apart from this, many public swimming pools and restaurants in the city are not only pet-friendly but are also pet-welcoming by inviting them with water and biscuits! Now that is true hospitality!

Austin loves nightlife and partying! Though a part of the traditional Texas lifestyle, the city clearly loves music and recognizes talent. There is a live music show happening every night somewhere in the city and comedy clubs are just everywhere!
