Large Room For Rent

I have a large room for rent on Beaver bank road. Approx. 2.5 km up from the Tim Hortons. On a bus route. Available March 1st, 2020. You can rent just the room for $800/month or the whole basement (except shared laundry) for $1100/month (all utilities included) you will be expected to keep the room and your bathroom clean, (and Livingroom if you rent the whole basement) and share in keeping the other shared spaces Clean. (Kitchen, dining room, living room, dishwasher) I have 1 dog and 1 cat living in the house. The bedroom will be cleared out before you move in. The bedroom is not furnished (but I do have a large dresser you could use) the Living room is furnished.
