Overview

Lease is in our name right now which we want to transfer over to the person who rents so they become the primary lease holder and we vacate the apartment for them. Your move in date can be 4th April. Leasing office is good with this since I have talked to them . You just need to be approved by them. It's a 1 bed 1 bath with an area of 834 sq ft. Rent is $1574 (Without utilities). There is a $1000 security deposit. We have a 15 month lease signed of which we would complete 4 months by End of March so you would still have remaining 11 months lease to your name.
