I’ll be working near Jefferson Square / 1801 Main St, so location is my top priority.

?? Budget: Ideally around $1,300/month or less
?? Preferred areas: Main Street District, Arsenal Hill, BullStreet District, The Vista / Congaree Vista, Robert Mills, or nearby downtown

Must-have:
? Walkable/easy commute to Jefferson Square

About me: I’m clean, respectful, easygoing and responsible. I’m vegetarian (eggs are fine). A Desi/Indian roommate would be a plus, but I’m open to anyone compatible. Non-veg is fine, though frequent/heavy non-veg cooking may not be the best fit.
