Overview
I am 32 years old, female and looking for a FEMALE roommate only, that's quiet, clean, neat and respectful. I am offering a private bedroom and the rest of the apt shared with me (roommates) in a quiet two bedroom. I have two older cats so no pets please. Also I'd prefer no parties unless very occasionally and discussed first as I do have parties occasionally myself. The building is cement so it's very quiet and clean. I've lived here for 5 years, with no problems with the super or tenants, it's just time to share the cost of living! Upon moving in I will most likely draw up some kind of agreement to be signed by myself and you, regarding payment and giving notice should that happen, etc.
