Looking For A Long-Term 2-Bedroom Rental Suite

We are a responsible, family of four (two adults and two children) looking for a long-term 2-bedroom rental suite or coach house on an acreage in the Abbotsford area for a July 1st move-in. We have no pets and a monthly budget of $1500 to $2500, depending on utilities and land access. We have a deep passion for sustainable living and are hoping to find a landholder who wouldn't mind us starting a small hobby farm project, such as a backyard vegetable garden or keeping a few egg-laying chickens. We are exceptionally handy, respect property boundaries, and are happy to help with general land maintenance, mowing, or property upkeep in exchange for the opportunity to use a small plot of land.
