I am looking for a roommate who will live in the 2nd bedroom of a newly renovated apartment that I recently furnished. The 2nd bedroom comes with a double size bed, a dresser with a mirror, and a nightstand. This apartment is located in a pretty safe neighborhood, close to the hospital and some restaurants and convenience stores.

All utilities are included (except Wifi and Netflix). One parking spot is available for free.

I am looking to find someone who is VERY clean and considerably quiet as I rotate day and night shifts (I will render the same favor). Sorry, no parties, smoking, or drugs are allowed. This listing is for single occupancy only (sleepovers are generally not allowed - *few exceptions apply).
