Room for sublet (may 1st-august 31st or at minimum 3 of those months!!), with the option to sign a new lease! Rent is 950, with hydro around 15$.3 bed, 1 bath apartment. Unit is located on Nelson street, about a 5 minute walk to UOttawa campus. And 15 minute walk to rideau centre, great neighbourhood and friendly roommates!
