Looking for a roommate to share three bedroom home on 5 acres on Macaulay in black Creek.Home features dishwasher, woodstove, laundry, one bathroom, garden, fruit trees, patio, barbecue and semi furnished.Looking for someone with proof of income and willing to help maintain abit of the property and help with firewood.Myself 29f works full-time in Courtenay and Campbell River. I have 3 cats (two indoor and 1 outdoor) so sorry no pets. I do DJ on the weekends so I spend some time away and the home I use to practice but I would get consent first of course.Asking 1200 plus utilities and damage deposit. Must be willing to split the firewood cost in the winter.
