I am a 20 year old working professional in search for a roomie to share my two bedroom apartment from March 1st (or earlier) to August 1st. I am living in a spacious, apartment with a private balcony in Forest Hills/Dunns Crossing area. The building is a quiet, non party, no animals and non smoking unit, and has a lot of mature students or veterans living in it.

I am asking for $475/ month - no damage deposit required and no signing of a lease. I do not currently have wifi however, I am willing to get wifi and split half. Utilities ARE included!!

I am looking for someone who's around my age (19-30), respectful, clean and easy to live with. I do not gender discriminate and it's a LGBTQ+ friendly space.
