Looking For Space For Business And Leisure

Currently looking for a space with private entrance for self ran business as a tattoo artist as well as space to relax and unwind. I keep to myself meaning I don't have much company unless it regarding business. I'm very respectful towards any rules and regulations because I would expect the same if it was my place I'm renting out...I just want to be able to make the money needed to pay rent and any other help I could provide while there. The ideal space I'm looking for would be a space big enough to set up for my customers as well as having a enough space for a full size bed and a TV stand...a bathroom would be a plus but I'm not really picky. Renting out a room daily is preventing me from accomplishing my goal of obtaining my own work space as well as proper transportation. So I'm taking a chance on finding something reasonable and I'm just looking for a little help to get my business off the ground and grow. I do have a lot of clientele but they are respectful and I'll be sure that they understand the rules as well. Willing to negotiate but really looking for the proper trustworthy place to make money to make a live and feel safe enough to get the self care that's need. I would love to know what requirements are needed to start or at least get a showing of the properties...if everything goes accordingly we may be able to be great roommates and may business partners.
