Looking For Subletters/lease Transfer For A 2Bd/1.5B Apt.!

Hi all!

I am looking for subletters or a lease transfer for a 2B/1.5B apartment in the Southside Park area in Sacramento. My current housemate and I need to move for family reasons, so we are looking for someone to take over our lease! The place is about 1200 sq ft, so pretty spacious and really well lit.

A run down:

- Rent is $2510 a month (including garbage and water)
- Move-in Date: end of November or December (we can have some flexibility with this - to be potentially earlier or later)
- In unit W/D
- Central heat/AC
- Both bedrooms have a closet!
- Has a patio area!
- Covered garage for one car.

Other details:
- The place has two floors, with both bedrooms, a landing, and the full bath upstairs. The bath has a connecting door to both bedrooms, with separate sinks in each bedroom next to the bathroom door. Both bedrooms have their own balconies.
- This apartment is one unit in a duplex, and the neighbors are all nice and quiet.
- There’s a nice courtyard area right in front of the place!
- Free street parking with permit.
- Small cats/dogs allowed (you would probably need to run it by the landlord)
(Place does not come furnished! - but willing to leave couch and tv stand behind at a price!)
