Looking To Rent A Room In My House

Hi! I am looking to rent a room in my house. This house is a family house and we are looking to give a room who is friendly and cooperative. The room is semi-furnished everything is included except the bed. Looking for someone who is willing to stay for the long term (one year-lease is a requirement. We are located near Charlottetown Rural High School, so UPEI is only 8 mins walk and bus stand only 2 mins walk. Everything is walking distance (great for summer) and the bus stand is very near (great for winters if you don't own a vehicle). Even if you own a vehicle we have a driveway where you can park your vehicle. Looking male or female (no preferences). Asking for 550 (everything included except the bed) there is a sharing washroom and kitchen. Any questions or concerns please contact me.
