With a million dollar view.The two males who live here now..Both professionals over 35 yrs old. One works in Human Resources, the other works for the Airlines. A professional place for a professional person.This is a professional, non-party and very quiet space/place. We're looking for a female or male--over 35 yrs old, employed full time, (sorry no students), and you mostly are back in office situation or 50/50 hybrid.One person only.No pets (it's in my lease)The room is available to move in anytime mid-DECEMBER onwards. Flexible. Bit earlier or bit later might be possible.The apartment building is only 4 stories...and a 2-minute walk into High Park! Like living in a cottage.This is an apartment, and NOT a condo or house. It's a 100 year old building with lots of character. It was actually a Hotel in the 1930's! Apartment is Furnished. Bedroom is UNfurnished (although there is a dresser/table/lamp you could use) You would need your own bed.
