Independent residential layout available for a temporary stay while I’m out of town, from November through mid-January. Located in Los Angeles near Western Ave & Melrose Ave.

The unit includes a private room, private bathroom, and full personal kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and full-size refrigerator. Amenities include wall heating, lighting, street-only parking, outdoor trash disposal, and shared laundry in the building basement.

Rent: $3,000 total for the entire stay
Security deposit: $600
Move-in total: $3,600 at key exchange

Utilities are separate and based on actual usage during your stay. Utility charges and any costs for property damage, if applicable, will be deducted from the security deposit after move-out.

Due to the short-term arrangement, mailbox access is unavailable. A 3×7 ft storage area will also remain inaccessible for my personal belongings. The primary room, bathroom, and kitchen are exclusively yours.

I strongly prefer a face-to-face meeting and joint walk-through before signing, so we can document the property’s condition at key handover.
