We are looking for a clean, mature couple to occupy our vacant room. Available January 15, 2019. My partner and I both work and have been living in Banff for roughly a year now. We are quiet and don't have friends over often nor do we have any pets. $1050 monthly, everything included except food: wi-fi high speed internet, heat/ hot water, electricity, laundry machines on site, loads of storage for bikes and/ or outdoor gear, free parking, kitchenware (spoons, knives, bowls, pots n pans, etc). Located 5 min walk to the heart of downtown Banff. A damage deposit of a months rent is required upon moving in. If interested please contact me.
