Renting the 3rd bedroom in my house in Lake Country. The house is brand new and very spacious offering tons of natural light and a great view over Wood Lake.
The house is fully furnished except for the vacant bedroom, and includes all new appliances, a washer/dryer, large deck, fireplace, double garage, and finished basement. It also features a ping pong table, and beer on tap in the kitchen if you're into that kind of thing.
It is located within 20 min. of the UBC Campus, 15 min. to the airport and approximately 25 min. to either downtown Kelowna or Vernon.
My roommate Landon and myself just moved here from Saskatoon. We are both mid-20's working males. We're both very respectful and easy to get along with. We're also both very active in sports, snowboarding, wakeboarding, climbing, etc.
Rent is $850 and includes all utilities plus internet.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
