There is a room for rent at our place available now. It is the master bedroom, unfurnished on the second story of an older two story home. The house includes a shared: laundry, kitchen, bathroom & living room space... $600/month all inclusive (including high speed internet).

Roommates are easy going people, who stay out of each others hair for the most part. We all have full time jobs and want a low stress environment to come home to: clean / non-party house. A couple of us are in band that jams once a week downstairs so we're cool with artist types. There are 3 guys & a girl sharing the space right now ranging in age from early 20s to 40.

Plenty of parking for vehicles on the street. It's about 20 minutes from downtown if you take public transit. Major banks, Starbucks, restaurants, produce, dollar stores, groceries etc... are all within short walking distance.
