I am a third year Environmental Management UNB student looking for someone to become my new roommate. I’m a pretty easy going person so I’m open to anyone that has a positive personality!

The place is a clean and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Living room is completely furnished and kitchen is stocked. You will have to bring your own furniture for the bedroom. The room is huge with a nice sized closet and you would have your own bathroom! Also if you have a little furry friend they’re welcome to join as well (cats only though). The apartment has coin operated laundry and plenty of parking. It’s located directly next to the walking bridge and Picaroons is conveniently a 5 minute walk!

Rent is 925 + power + wifi, which usually averages out to 550 each.
