I have a very good credit rating (756/900).I am looking for an air-conditioned room (I can purchase an air conditioner if need be) in a home that is located near TTC and other amenities. The room should come with access to unlimited Wi-Fi and all utilities included. I no longer require cable/satellite as I have a Smart TV.I am 62 years old, financially responsible, and always pay my rent on time. I am tidy, respectful, friendly, sociable, quiet, law-abiding, polite, and intelligent. I don't party or drink and I never have people over. My income sources are ODSP, G.S.T. and Trillium.My hobby is podcasting, and I have already produced 45 shows. I use noise-cancelling headphones, so this is done very quietly. The theme of the show is music, so there is very little talking.In terms of my health, I walk with a cane due to my leg injury and a heart condition.
