I am renting a house and due to finances I need a room mate share the costs. top floor of house has 3 rooms and lots of closet space it is very nice clean and also have lots room in basement for storage too.
there is parking in the back yard . we can share kitchen and bathroom facilities.

its either i find room mate and i have leave here. so i might try find a room mate.
utility bills are in my name and keep it that way and I pay the bills .
Just ask 650 for share and I take care of the bills.
I will accept person on EIA or pensioner and or working person. I work full time and I get up early to work.
male or female. pets acceptable I suppose cat or small dog.
I can leave the main floor empty as well and set up your couch and chairs etc . I my self need the main bed room down stairs and basement area. I am looking to go splits on rent and the bills.
