Spacious 4 Bedroom Apartment

We are three male roommates in our 20s looking to find a 4th roommate for our 4 bedroom apartment in Old Town. We have one undergrad student, one grad student, and one person out of school, working remote.The room is available on March 1st. It is the 2nd largest room in the house, and comes with furnishings, including a bed, desk, mirror, dresser, and some shelving. If you want to bring your own furnishings, we can move the current furnishings into storage.Heat is included, water included, mowing and plowing included. Washer and dryer included in-house. No dishwasher. Each of us gets a private parking space.Electric and Wifi not included (we split it).Cats are OK. No dogs.This is a sub-lease, as our 4th roommate had to move unexpectedly. First month rent, last month, and security deposit required upon move-in. No application is required, but some information will need to be provided to the property management company (such as vehicle information, if applicable).We are prioritizing UMaine students, traditionally we have had graduate students living here. The house is a short 5 minute drive from campus, so very conveniently located. We try to keep a clean, quiet and relaxed living standard, with everyone chipping in for household supplies (cost splitting is OK).
