Ad Description:
I'm looking to rent the second bedroom in my apt as my roommate moved out suddenly. The lease is up in March, after that it's up for discussion with the landlord if someone wants to continue at that point. $485 covers your half of the rent and Wi-Fi. Power is roughly $100 every two months so we would split that.
I have one very sweet little cat who does well as the only pet and she's great. The room is unfurnished and a modest size. The unit has a balcony, large kitchen and hard wood floors (except in the kitchen and bathroom.) The building's located at the end of Windsor st near Connaught.
I would prefer a female roommate (as I am female) however I am not firm on that and also LGBTQ2S friendly :) E-mails, texts or calls are fine, however I can't receive voice mail so text or email is best.
Thanks for your interest.
