Two Roommates Seeking A Third Roommate

Two roommates are looking for a third one for 1st September 2026 to 31st December 2026. In a big 7 rooms apartment, with a bathroom and a water closet, 25 meters long, plants, sunny, very quiet. It's an old apartment, loft-lovers refrain.We live in the Mile-End area, between Outremont and Le Plateau. It is very central, there are a lot of cafés and bistros. It is very close to the Mountain, groceries and there is also the YMCA, with a public free swimming pool, at the corner of the street. Downtown is 10-15 minutes away by bus 80. The Laurier métro is at 5 minutes by bus 51.We love books, sciences, bikes, classical and jazz music and laughing. I am trained in Humanity. My mother tongue is French, last rommate was an Russian Ph.d. mathematic student, and the previous one an Indian Ph.d. chemistry student. The present one is a graduated Italian with a working visa. The room is furnished and is in the end of the apartment. The share is 660$ (power, heating, and Wi-Fi included). No smoking, no TV, no pet. 12 meters squared. Please no SMS.
