Largish, fully furnished, west-facing room in traditional Fairfield home, a half block to the scenic ocean side and just a few more to Beacon Hill, Victoria’s largest park, and the Cook St. Village. It is a pleasant 20 min. walk through the park to downtown, the best jogging area in the city, and about 25 min. to the university by bus. Residents: retired English teacher owner and 1 other roomer. Extreme speed cable with wireless routers and this room has its own TV and DVD player. Share kitchen, laundry etc. with owner and the other roomer. The upstairs, with its own bathroom, is shared with the other roomer, as is the main floor den. Covered outside sitting on the back deck. Prefer rental on a semester or academic year basis. Available May 1, 2020.
