I am looking for a roommate to call this place home. 1 room is available for rent. It’s a 2 bedroom suite side entrance of a big house. The lease is in August for a year. Yet our current roommate might want to move in end of May or June if you needed an earlier transition to new living abodes. The bedroom has a bed frame that has drawers underneath as extra storage for clothes. There is a desk in the room perfect for a student, can be moved if needed! It has a closet with hangers with above storage. We are looking for someone to sign a year lease on this room for $700 a month. Preferably a student. Or someone with a full time job that enjoys good vibes and food at home. Uvic is a 5 minute walk. Easy to get any direction by bus. If any queries, please contact me.
